I researched braiders in Henrico and decided on Braids by Amy because of her high google reviews. She recently did my cornrows style and did such a great job, was professional, and took pride in making sure the final result looked amazing. I do plan on returning for Amy to do my hair again 🙂.

I highly recommend Braids by Amy. She meticulously braids every strand of hair and does every style there is as far as braids, weaves, crochet, etc… I especially appreciated not having a headache during or after getting my hair braided nor did I spend my entire Saturday getting my hair done either. It was a great experience and I will definitely return.

She took her time to answer all my concerns prior to and made sure my braids were neat, comfortable, and EXACTLY the style I wanted. Her work came out beautiful! Her shop location is adjacent to her home — a small, quaint, and clean space that feels very inviting.
